For our Philadelphia metro customers, all orders received before 3:00 pm Monday through Friday will be delivered the following day. (Subject to item availability - orders with 20 or more of any one item or any limited availability items may take an additional day or two for delivery. We will send an e-mail advising you of any delay.) If you choose our convenient subscription service, the day on which your initial order is delivered will be the day on which subsequent automatic deliveries are scheduled, although you can change this at any time.
Once you are scheduled for a delivery, you will receive an e-mail the night before with a three-hour window during which we will arrive at your door. You have the option of having your order left at your residence if you are not available during this timeframe, which you would specify during the ordering process. If we miss the scheduled window and you are not at home when we arrive, we will re-deliver at another time free of charge.
